02When you write to us

When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, your e-mail address, your company if you give it, the subject of your request and your message. We collect no other data for audience measurement or advertising.

We use it only to answer you and, if relevant, to follow up on our business relationship (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps). We keep this data for as long as needed to follow up on your request and our business relationship, then delete it.

03Technical logs

Like any website, our host records technical data for security and reliability (IP address, date, page requested, browser). These logs are kept for a short period set by the host, then deleted.

04Cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. No consent banner is therefore required.

05Recipients and transfers

Your data is intended for the NovoAgent team. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf: our e-mail delivery service (Resend), our customer relationship tool (Attio) and the website host. We never sell it.

Where some of these providers process data outside the European Union, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

06Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

07Our clients’ customers

When TableAgent, Novo Estate or our custom software handle the customers of a business, NovoAgent acts as a processor, on the instructions of that business, which remains the data controller. This processing is governed by our contract with the business, and data subjects exercise their rights with it. See Security & compliance.

08Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
